「Noise from the road and the room next door were an issue」

「The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door」

「The room wasn’t clean, the headboard on the bed was worn and ripped, underneath the bed was filthy and full of hairs, a previous guests glasses were left in the room, a small used soap bar used unhygienic and not enough for 2 guests, other items were also not replenished, despite having a previous stay at this hotel which was good this one did not live up to the previous standard and the member of staff on reception was also quite rude」

「Kelly the assistant manager was excellent. The quality of the cooked breakfast was poor. The site setting is lovely however the property does require some upgrading and perhaps a deep clean would be desirable.」

「Low cost night and just what you would expect. Beds in our room were comfortable, tea and coffee provided and also body wash and hand wash in bathroom.」

「Convenient location just next to tram station and near shopping centre. Originally booked wrong room type, but staff was very helpful changing to a family room for us which is much appreciated.」
