「ロンドン中心部に行ったり、ヒースロー 空港へ行くのにとても便利な立地にありました。 チェックイン当日に、入り口の暗証番号、部屋番号、部屋の暗証番号がメールで届きます。それが確認できていればチェックインはスムーズです。 チェックインは午後２時からでしたが、その情報がわかりにくかったので午前１１時に荷物預けることも兼ねてルーム２へ行きました。入り口は暗証番号で入れました。部屋には入れなかったので、運良く見かけた清掃スタッフに事情を説明したところ、部屋に荷物を置くことができたのは幸運でした。 最寄りのハマースミス駅には、パン屋、カフェ、パブ、スーパーなどが揃っています。部屋に電子レンジがあり、スーパーで買った惣菜を温めて食べられるので、食費を安くすることができます。帰国前夜にはスーパーでお土産を揃えました。 訪れた時期は冬でしたがセントラルヒーティングで暖かく、水回りも問題ありませんでした。 気になった点は、上階の足音、隣の部屋のドアの開閉の音ですが普通の生活音として捉えれば短期滞在であれば耐えられる程度でした。」

「The elevator of the flat building was out of service. Wifi was not available an entire day out of 3 days I stayed.」

「parfait, juste le lit est petit, nous étions deux petits gabarits donc ce n’était pas gênant mais pour des personnes plus grande ça risque d’être compliqué 」

「Overall it was very good. There really needs to be a bedside light as I had to get out of bed to switch the light off. A door stop for the balcony door would also be useful.」

「Staff very helpful and pleasant. Due to heatwave a second fan was given within 30mins of request. Had issue with shower, they were very quick to respond after hours. Enjoyed stay at apartment.」

「Good location. Room condition was clean and functional. Quick communication through WhatsApp. Convenient to make easy meals and do laundry. We could change towels upon request. Put out used towels outside of the door and they would put new ones in the room. Trash is also put outside of the room for pick up at designated time. We had an 8-day stay and on day 5 a full cleaning was performed. Only two items we would comment - the dinning table is head heavy which made it easy to flip. ...
