「Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. 「We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience 」

「Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. 」

"８月宿泊です。まず、第一に、交通の便が良く、ほんとに助かりました。市内観光に、ホテルからすぐのバス停をよく使いました。地下鉄駅も徒歩圏内でよかったです。部屋はドライヤーなし、エアコンなしでした。扇風機があったので髪はそれで乾かせました。ドライヤーは、フロントで借りてる人がいました。部屋はまあまあ。寮みたいでした。その他、朝食が充実していました。手頃な値段で、ロンドンに行く人にぜひおすすめしたいです。"

"地下鉄、バス両方とも非常に便利な場所にありました。周辺の治安も申し分ないです。元病院か養護施設か何かなのか、シャワールームの作りが独特で戸惑いました。冷蔵庫がないので、夏場飲み物などの保存がちょっと不便に感じました。"
