"It was a really nice stay. I took my parents and my older sibling to London as a family trip. Though this place can be a little small for 4 grown adults, it was still comfortable."

"Great location with near access to Baker St Tube Station. Compact but fine for 1 to 2 people when spending time out and about. Had lots of amenities in the kitchenette and there was some basic cleaning items like washing up liquid, couple of washing capsules, kitchen towel etc and some complementary tea/coffee items. There was a fan which helped a bit during recent heatwave and heat reflective blinds were down on arrival. Be aware this is not an accessible building, there are narrow stairs up...

"Good location. Short walk to underground station. Two stops to South Ken for all the museums. Nice area, felt very safe. Apartment itself is OK. Rooms are small but we didn’t spend much time there so not an issue. Amenities were good; oven, fridge etc. Was clean enough but felt like it could do with a bit of a makeover to spruce the place up a bit. Check in was fine and comms were all very good. "

"The property was clean and well-maintained, with great facilities, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay. Check-in was a little clunky at first, but the staff resolved the issue quickly, which I appreciated. The biggest downside was the noise. There is a very busy bar below the property, and you can hear everything. On the Thursday night of my stay, there was a DJ playing from 9:00 pm until 1:00 am, making it difficult to relax or sleep. You can also hear people outside very clearly,...
