「Quando prenotate il bagno privato tenete in considerazione che voi potreste essere al terzo piano e il bagno al primo con la necessità di fare due rampe di scale per utilizzarlo. Bagno segnalato come privato e il cartello per segnalarlo è comparso soltanto il giorno che siamo partiti. Bagno privato senza nessuna chiave e rispondono che non sono responsabili se qualcun altro lo utilizza senza permesso.」

「Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. I was also never given any information on whether the plates etc. were for use by anyone or of they belonged to permanent residents. Check out is at 11...

「The location is perfect. The tube station truly is only a 3min walk! The neighborhood is gorgeous with stunning row homes and a wide variety of pubs, cafes, and shops. The owner, Rob, is very sweet but the correspondence and check-in weren't ideal. The check-in instructions are very nebulous which created confusion from the get-go. You can leave your bags if you arrive early. If the place has been cleaned, you can settle in and not wait until 3pm. But it works the other way. Guests checking out...

「Newly renovated property, very well appointed with appliances and furnishings, including air conditioning throughout and great showers. The layout works very well for a family with teenagers, since there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The lower kitchen, dining, and living area is very social. Short walk to the underground and district line. Lots of dining options nearby (we recommend Santa Maria Pizzeria at the end of Waterford road). Communication was excellent.」
