Due to a flight cancellation, I arrived the morning after my original check‑in date, but the staff welcomed me warmly and handled everything smoothly, which I truly appreciated. I stayed during winter, and the room was very warm and comfortable thanks to the good heating. The complimentary breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. It had generous portions, and I was especially happy to have fresh fruit, which is something I often miss while traveling. The only minor issues were that the bath water temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, and the toilet didn’t flush very well. However, aside from those small points, everything else was great. All the staff were kind and helpful, and their hospitality made my stay even better. Thank you again."
