「We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The location was perfect - close to the activities in York, but on a quiet street. It's a small place, but worked fine for our family of four. As others mentioned, the stairs are a bit steep and there's a wonky step to get from the master bedroom to the bathroom - but that's just part of being in an old home. 」

「Absolutely the best organized of the places we stayed so far. This is the 13th of 16 stays. The pictures do not due the location justice. If you have a question on how something works, just look up or around and there is a description on how to use it. A great inventory of things you may need (ex coffee) is supplied. We really enjoyed this place not to mention really close to getting inside the Great Wall around the city. Will definitely stay here again if we ever make it back from the states. 」

「Location was great. Walking distance from the main line railway station and easy access to town centre. We walked everywhere and didn't need our car. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house for a car or large mpv. There is a small supermarket just a few minutes walk down the road as well as a selection of great restaurants nearby. The house was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable!We enjoyed our stay.」
