It was warm in the accommodation on arrival and easy to keep cosy as it was frosty weather. Good shower over bath. Furnishings could do with updating (sofa, dining table and chairs) but they were adequate. Quilt on bed too thin for winter. Luckily we had taken our electric blanket. 「We spent about 10 mins looking for a pink shop shown in the directions only to find it had been repainted! We had to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The property had a foul and mouldy odour, we couldn’t get any of windows open to any fresh air in. The TV didn’t work, the radio in the kitchen didn’t work, at least the kettle did! We didn’t attempt anything else like the hob, just in case. The bathroom was nice, obviously not long decorated.」
