「Great breakfast and comfortable room」

「We only stayed at Ashbourne House for one night and it was very nice. Lovely room with a Comfortable bed, great shower and towels. Plenty if tea and coffee, and if you ran out you could get more from a dish on the landing also a sweet treat if you needed it, which I thought was a nice touch. It was a bit away from restaurants and the main shopping but public buses stopped just down the road and was easy to catch and came regularly if you didn’t have a car. 「Unique」

「Sabina and her father run a fantastic house! Super clean, super helpful, and super convenient location!」

「NA」

「Such a great experience! Great, friendly hosts and great location. Clean room and the coffee station and cold waters were a nice bonus!」

「Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a pretty good location too, only 10 minute walk to city centre. Check in and checkout was very straightforward and there’s maps available at the front desk of the city centre and surrounding areas, staff at front desk explain very well how to get to places. Would stay again on my next trip to York :)」
