Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. 「Rooms were pleasant enough and staff that checked us in were really friendly. No food options but in walking distance to plenty of places and town centre. Nice touch to leave out cereals etc for breakfast. Mirrors in bedroom/bathroom quite small so wasn’t the easiest to get ready. Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)」

「Very close to underground and bus stop, in addition many restaurants and supermarket. We spent comfortable stay here 5 nights comfortably. One things I felt pity is built in laundry machine, of its dry function was not work completely, but its not be lower overall rating. 」

「This hotel is located 7 or 8 minutes walk from UNDERGROUND station and very comfortable place. Canary Wharf station is connected Jubilee line and Elizabeth line. And The Canary Wharf is good place for business , shopping and taking lunch and dinner. View from room is Themes river and Central London. That is amazing view!」
