「Booked hotel - yet when I arrived at 6pm there were no staff - all doors locked - no guests and hotel appeared to be closed. Expedia relocated me to another hotel close by.」

「The check in was very awkward because we were given the gate code but didn't know it was a secret. The attendant refrigerator had rotting food in it which filled the kitchen with awful stench that disuaded us from using the kitchen. The detached tower we stayed in was supposed to accommodate 4, but the sheet was ony large enough for one. We were invited to tour the main mansion, but with little direction on which places were off limits. 」
