Great location. Handy to activities, popular attractions, transit, food and drink. Bed was comfy and the suite is big. Be prepared for a few stairs though. A few housekeeping issues, the bathroom floor needs repairs and the shower seems to have only one temperature. Could use some better fans or even AC, but it was very hot during our visit. Overall, very good

The fire alarm went off one night at 1:00 am and we were up for a couple hours dealing with that. It turned out that a restaurant in a adjacent building was connected to the same alarm system so it wasn't even our building. We had to call security to clear it as they didn't return to tell us on their own. Also, the flat we were in was in the top floor which isn't bad but it was a lot of stairs every day. Otherwise it was a great flat in a fantastic area of th city.

Great location adjacent to Chinatown, Leicester Square, and Piccadilly Circus. Very clean with comfortable bed. Only cons were 53 steps up to “first floor” flat, entrance is in an alleyway behind some restaurants, and no AC (but comfortable with provided fans and windows left ajar). Great to have washer and dryer!

Super convenient flat in the theater district. We fixed breakfast daily in the fully equipped kitchen. Good mobility to get up the stairs is required as no lift is available. May not me air conditioned but wasn’t an issue for us, has operable windows and mobile fans.

The accommodation was clean, spacious, and the location was excellent. It’s right next to Chinatown and has a bunch of food options and public transportation within walking distance. Our host was also awesome, highly recommend this one.

Nowhere is this apartment described as being right in the middle of Chinatown on a VERY busy and noisy street. Also, I can’t walk well and there were many steps to get to the apartment, with no lift. The only redeeming factor is that the bed was comfortable.

This is a very spacious property and great for people who need space. The location is fine for access to soho area / Chinatown. However, I don’t think it’s good value for money. The lounge window can’t be opened because you have chinese restaurants right below and the aroma is very strong. Maintenance is average and it’s a long flight of stairs - not suitable if you have heavy baggage. Bathroom door got stuck and could be a safety hazard for people with kids.
