"Nice quiet hotel for a night travelling through LHR. Room was large and dining options better than expected. There is even a little Portuguese bakery and mini mart a km or so to the left of the hotel"

"The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was too warm for sleeping and we weren’t able to adjust the thermostat. There is only a somewhat heavy comforter on the bed which was too warm for us. You sleep with no cover on or one that’s too warm. Breakfast was wonderful. We will stay there again. Very convenient to Heathrow airport. "

"The amenities in the room were brilliant; clean, tidy and things like an alarm clock next to the bed and plugs both sides of the bed! Simple but well thought through. Breakfast was self service, with a great range of choice, and a waffle maker! Loved it. Easy to park and 6 mins walk to tube station."

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"Service was very good, I asked if my husband could stay the night with me and the staff not only agreed, but also upgraded my room the next day. My breakfast wasn’t included into the rates, so I had to pay for it, however I didn’t mind going back the second time because they cooked my a porridge which wasn’t in their menu. Excellent porridge that was. The carpet in the first room (which was quite small) was a bit stained. The air con is slightly loud and curtains should probably do a better job...

"Hotel staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The staff in the coffee shop are too attentive and can be annoying but that is not a reflection on the hotel. This facility is a perfect hub for travellers or for those like us wanting to do a long layover and see London Great access to trains Overall a great stay "

"Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is located near (5 min walk) Pimlico station. Being near a tube station give you access to all historic sites by tube!. The room are small and carpet need a good cleaning hwr the bed was comfy. Breafast included and again the staff outstanding ! "
