"What a wonderful stay. I came up with family for my birthday and had such a warm welcome together with an upgrade to a gorgeous junior suite. In addition they had gone to the trouble of leaving balloons and a lovely slice of birthday cake in my room ready for my arrival. It was such a nice gesture and very very appreciated. We have stayed in this hotel before and were met with such a warm welcome from the reception staff that it was our first choice of hotel for this return trip. Location btw is fantastic. "

"The only issue is it lacks working space for business travellers as all the tables are too low down and many people have given the same feedback. Otherwise its location is great, quality hotel for the price and staff are very amenable. Rooms are on quiet carpeted corridors and very spacious and new with everything you need."

"I internet was ok and breakfast was ok. The room is sparse - no frills. No body lotion. No clock. Outlets are old and charging cord falls out. Location of room in feel-like-basement level is unpleasant. Back stairs are removed, smelly and musty. The best thing about this hotel is the location and staff is pleasant. "
