"I had read some reviews that worried me but I shouldn’t have worried. The staff were charming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I had an evening meal and a super breakfast. I stayed in a classic double room which was fine for 1 but I think would be a squeeze for 2 but there are bigger doubles. The en suite room had everything necessary for a short stay and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was air conditioned which was marvelous given the weather we’ve just had. The lifts (bar one) were working. Thank you for a comfortable stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay in a twin room at the Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse. The rooms were clean and full of amenities, the refilled bottled water and fruit in the room was very, very nice and needed. Came with everything we wanted and felt very spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the room was kept at a good temperature. The staff were very helpful and kind. We felt well taken care of the entire time. The location was fantastic, several cab drivers noted that we were so central to everything, especially if you're looking to take advantage of being in the West End and going to the theaters, which we did! There are also a lot of places to eat, with Chinatown being across the street and Trafalgar Square a very short walk past that. It was also easy to walk to the Buckingham Palace/St. James park area. The only negative thing I can say is in no way the fault of the hotel, but the area IS very noisy. That just comes with the location. We were in a room facing the churchyard on the 3rd floor so it was probably a quieter area of the hotel. Bring earplugs and a sleep aid if you have a hard time sleeping with sounds of people partying and all sorts of traffic at all hours. I prepared appropriately and didn't have a problem, but would have if I hadn't been ready. All around I'd heartily recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in a very central area with lots of amenities in and near the hotel."

"Great location for theatre and other attractions. The room was exceptionally clean. Good air con although the controls were a little confusing. Shower head wouldn’t stay up so a bit hard to shower but I only stayed one night and when I reported this on check out, the staff were very professional about it."

"Clean, beautiful, and well air-conditioned, I loved this hotel! The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. The dining facility had great food! The staffed helped me arrange activities and were always helpful!"
