Very clean and the staff was nice. Its in a safe area and very close to tragalgar sq. Easy walk to the River thames. Right next to china town. Is a great place and I would stay here again

Check-in staff were friendly and pleasant. Room (Junior Suite) was lovely, clean and tidy. Only downsides were that the view was just of other building, apparently all JS’s are on the 3rd floor so no options for better view, also there was a small mark and a cut in the bed sheet but this was changed immediately and the house keeping manager attended personally and inspected the rest of bed to make sure it was clean. We were able to get a late checkout (12pm) at no charge and they held our bags while we were being tourists. Absolutely great location 5 mins to both Leicester and Trafalgar squares. Definitely stay again.

Went to London to celebrate a very close friend's 60th birthday. The whole stau at th hotel was very memorable.Wonderful front desk staff during check-in and checkout. Night staff very welcoming too. Breakast staff and front desk staff all so lovely friendly and helpful. Choice of self serve continental and full breakfast. Unlimited tea and coffee and breakfast juice. Central to Trafalgar Square/ Covent garden. Would definitely stay again. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.

Very nice hotel, the staff are very helpful, we didnt have any hot water, I rang reception and they sent a maintenance man immediately in fact three different ones came within 15 mins of wach other for the same problem. It was solved very quickly. Well worth the money, comfortable with all the nice things, coffee machine, good hairdryer, iron and board, large towels and a huge bed!

The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. However, it's management is somewhat sloppy; there's always something that needs attention. This time it was the insufficient heating in our room during cold-weather. After complaining for three full days, an electric space heater finally appeared and the problem went away. All in all: we recommend the hotel and we'll keep returning to it.

Great location. Bathroom was dated and needs updating. Very poor cold water pressure in bath and difficult to regulate water temperature with old tap. Poor sound proofing between rooms - sounded like next room was showering in our room ! On a plus note the staff were very friendly and courteous.
