Well placed for amenities and public transport. Staff courteous room spotless and lots of choice for breakfast. We used the spa area too although the steam room was closed and the jacuzzi could do with a refurb. The staff were very good though.

The area was in a very convenient spot near the tube station which was very helpful for a less than like 5 minute of a walk staff and everything was very clean. very nice. although I would say considering it was a very busy season to get the room, you have to wait till exactly 2:00 or if not a little bit later which was not my favorite preference

Staff not very friendly. Booked two rooms but we ended up on two different floors. Asked staff to accommodate us being on same floor but that was a no. Overall rooms are very small and I don’t think I will be staying in this hotel again. Main advantage being so close to Kensington high street tube station and restaurants on this major street. But amongst all hotels I stayed in London (lots of them) this was one of the worst and over priced for what you get.

Th staff at this hotel are exceptional, especially in the breakfast room. The gym is amazing. Location superb. Housekeeping is sketchy at best. Too focused on getting you to check out and nowhere to be seen to get your room serviced. Sheets not changed in 8days, glasses and coffee cups never cleared and replaced - had me to wash them - room furniture never cleaned.

The staff were so helpful. They made our special occasion stay even more special. The only downside was breakfast on the Sunday morning when all the coffee machines weren’t working. Also, one of the lifts wasn’t working for three nights. Having said that, I would highly recommend Holiday Inn. It is a great hotel!

The hotel location was perfect...in the heart of Kensington. Location was very convenient for trains, Uber, cabs and buses. The room accomodation was fair... the carpet was dirty and very soiled. The love seat was also not clean...very worn and could have benefited from a good shampoo. Otherwise, the bathroom was spotless and the breakfast bar was very satisfactory. The staff was friendly especially Ali who worked the Starbucks counter. He was very friendly and demonstrated impeccable customer service skills. I would stay at this location again but will request a room where some.of the amenities are not as worn and soiled.

Steam room and jacuzzi weren't working, and hadn't been informed of this before I booked. Roshani however was polite, patient & compromising with my disappointment. I was offered a reasonable solution, and I hope this will be adhered to on my next visit. Breakfast was good, nice room with a fridge, well happy with the bathtub. Everyone friendly. The lockers in the spa are terrible, they need immediate attention! It's the maintenance that's letting this place down. The sauna was only 70° when I got in there, and cold air comes in every time the door opens, went up to 90° though when we asked. I hope for improvements when I return in the next few months, but I was fairly satisfied overall.

We were really impressed with this Holiday Inn. The staff were exceptional, friendly and professional. The leisure facilities were fantastic and the pool perfectly heated!
