We had an issue with bathroom light which was sorted by Richard really quickly. Wonderful location and very comfortable bed"

"Really great staff and really spacious (by London standards) clean and trendy rooms. The bar and restaurant spaces were booked for private events both evenings of our stay and were a bit noisy but we were warned at check in and the hotel have made attempts to install sound proofing for the rooms. Ultimately I would recommend a stay here. "
