"Very helpful staff on check in. I had requested extra pillows on line which were provided. WiFi was more than adequate for my needs. The room was clean though the bathroom may need upgrading soon. One query was why the only bedside table was to the side of one of the two single beds as were the light controls as this meant having to get out of bed to switch off the lights and return round the room in the dark."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. Overall, a very pleasant experience I would definitely return and recommend it to others."

"The room was too small; there was little room to move around or store your luggage. The room was very clean with really nice bath towels. It was walking distance to restaurants for food."

"We had such a great stay here. The location was honestly one of the best parts—it was so easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions, which made everything really convenient. There are also many restaurants right outside the hotel, so we never had to go far for a great meal. The hotel itself feels really elegant but still comfortable at the same time. Breakfast was so good—definitely something we looked forward to each morning—and there was plenty of it. One thing I loved was the little lounge area where you could grab coffee or tea anytime. Having that available 24/7 was such a nice touch, especially after a long day out. Overall, just a really lovely stay and I’d definitely come back."

"I stayed here for a family trip to London. The hotel is so close to all the tourists sites and it is right beside Victoria Train Station and only a direct 30 minute train ride from Gatwick airport. The hotel is so tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. All 3 of us loved the quality of our breakfast as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Unfortunately we did not have time to try out the gym. "
