Kamer is klein, dat is geen verrassing. Maar het is echt klein… Ontbijt niet genomen, want keuze is beperkt en daarmee prijzig. Irritant was dat er een alarm afging om 6.20. Personeel aan de deur die het vanaf de receptie uit ging zetten, 5 minuten later. Locatie was voor mij de reden dit hotel te boeken. Maar ik zal hier niet terug komen.

The hotel is fine overall, my low rating is from the room they gave us. This room was in some remote part of the hotel, it had very low ceilings, a very narrow window with view to garbage bins. The room was claustrophobic, no access without stairs. I think it’s disgraceful that the hotel has such type of room. And, on Saturday night you could hear and feel the music from a nearby club.

It's nice enough for a short break and centrally located. However, the rooms are small, the bed was basically the width of the room and up against the window. If you're staying as a couple and prone to needing the loo in the night, you may need to climb over your partner. If you're on that side there is nowhere to put stuff or plug stuff in. There were a few finishing touches missing like the ends of the rails for the sliding doors. You can't fill the sink and there's no fridge or safe. The soundproofing did seem good.

The room was very tiny but for one person and one night it did its job. It was a bit annoying being in the 6th floor with a lot of heavy luggage as there were a few stairs to navigate and the lift was slow. The AC worked great and the duvet and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small compared to North American standards, but the location was perfect! We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Absolutely surprised by the quality to price ratio. Hotel was right where I needed to be, and while the rooms are not big (but most are in central London), there is available reasonably priced breakfast and a pleasant hotel staff. Would absolutely stay here again.

Really well situated for central London, especially around the Covent Garden area. Not far from Holborn station for access to the Central and Picadilly lines and a short walk to Tottenham Court Road for Central, Elizabeth and Northern lines. Well advertised that the rooms are small. I just wish that there was more shelf space in the room as I struggled for space to unpack the clothes I'd taken for a 3 night stay.

It was okay. A functional room for one person. It will be tight for two people. Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, not your usual daily room cleaning like most hotels.

Walkable environment, the property was within walking distance from restaurants, pubs, transportation and West End shows. The breakfast was was okay - I prefer eating outside the hotel. Here were the cons: I did not enjoy the customer service. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff told me that it wasn't there policy as they only have two pillows for each person. The pillows are very flat and provide no support. I also asked for a water bottle for the room and the staff were very rude. Although I witnessed other patrons asking for the same and were given bottles immediately - no questions asked. Be aware there is an additional fee for a second person to the room for every day they are staying. Completely surprised by that. Lastly. The room is small - similar to a cruise ship stateroom in terms of size. No storage space for more than one luggage/bag. There are some hangers on the wall.The bathroom is sectioned off with semi-frosted glass so you can see someone using the toilet or shower. The room also stays humid after my partner and I took a shower. At the end the staff asked "is there anything we can do" - but by the end of the stay, what was the point of asking that question. Browse other options if you are traveling with someone else or are a person of color. You'll be much more comfortable. We ended up staying in another hotel and LOVED the experience .

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable—I slept wonderfully. The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the free breakfast, which was high quality and delicious. The only downside was that my room was located right next to a door leading from the main lobby to the rooms, so I could hear every time someone opened or closed it.

Great location. The staff were very efficient. The room was really clean, absolutely tiny, but did the job. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for me, but that’s personal preference. I would recommend.
