"An extremely well run hotel with beautiful, clean, well-equipped rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent and included in the price. Tip - Hotel Hoppa is infrequent, complicated and unreliable. There are several TFL (Transport For London) options to Heathrow Central Bus Station which stop directly outside Hyatt Place every 10 - 15 minutes. Also, there are TFL options from the terminals to Hyatt Place which are easily figured out with a quick Google search. Just need to scan your credit card on entry for a nominal £1 charge. Super quick, easy & virtually free. I will stay at Hyatt Place for all my layovers hereafter. Great hotel! Worth paying a little more."

"We have stayed in a great many hotels over the years but have wanted to stay here many times but couldn’t. Now this will be the first to contact everything was great. From location to the standard of everything regarding the hotel. Food cleanliness the staff standard of room just couldn’t fault anything.i worked in hotels so I’m fussy so I’m thrilled. "Very convenient to everything, ie transportation, pharmacy, food, clothing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed in superior individual room was wonderfully comfortable. Liked all the tech outlets. Only issue was in the bathroom. Looked like rust or dirt around some of the floor attachments. Very busy hotel but they seemed to handle that well. Would love to stay there again."
