「The poor impression started when we arrived 40 minutes earlier than the book in time of 3pm to find reception shuttered and a sign on the door saying This is not a public Toilet. 「There was no breakfast available despite the description stating there was. The bath had no plug & the electric shower was very temperamental (from cold to scalding). The decor left a lot to be desired with nails/screws sticking out of the walls. There wasn’t a TV in each room & bedroom furniture was unstable.」
