「Great place as ever」

「Great staff and very clean. Management great. The young gentleman at the reception gave us outstanding service and honoured our VIP status that we had for Radisson (as they have just changed to Majestics hotels) Restaurant/breakfast managers lovely and very attentive and nice. Only one point, there was an American lady as staff member at breakfast (we saw her one day) let’s say she didn’t seem that she was enjoying her job as much… Everything else lovely , they cleaners lovely. 「Room was spacious, but despite the heating there was a draft coming from the window. Bed comfortable, I had to ask for towels as initially they were missing. No TV in the room & internet was sketchy. A bit old fashioned as it was in an old pub, so you need to switch buttons on the wall before going for shower. Do not get put off by building appearance, the pub is working from 4pm & there are pool tables as well. Bus stop just outside property. 」

「Stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday. Hotel is lovely! Room was clean and had everything we needed, nothing was too much hassle for the staff. Best breakfast we probably ever had, so much variety. We also had dinner which was outstanding. Spa and club facilities were great too. Will definitely be returning」

「This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...
