"My husband I recently stayed at Old Church Farm for 3 nights. Our visit can be summed up as first class! From the excellent communication before arrival to the moment we arrived and beyond, Christopher (the proprietor) made sure we felt right at home. Whether it was recommendations on local eateries or a nightcap before bed, everything we needed was seemingly at our fingertips. The hospitality and personal touch was worth the visit alone. We were even given a complimentary ride into town the first night which was really helpful, Christopher even gave us a little tour of some of Thornbury’s notable attractions. Make sure you don’t skip out on breakfast; calling the food delicious doesn’t come close to doing it justice. To top it all off, the property was beautifully decorated, full of fascinating history, and well located for exploring Bristol, Bath and the Cotswolds. "Had a fabulous time in the Old Rectory. The house was wonderful and the whole, multi-generational family enjoyed making use of the extensive facilities. Walked up to the church which is renowned for the spectacular sunset with views of the Severn Bridge, as well the churchyard being home to a glow-worm community. Had Sunday Lunch in the local pub. The house hosts were very attentive and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone looking for an idyllic base in south Gloucestershire. Thank you!"
