「Our stay here was beyond our expectations. Entering the bar to book in the staff were extremely welcoming. Our room was exquisite, bed extremely comfortable the shower was fantastic. Room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent we chose a different breakfast every day. We had our evening meals also food was delicious. Our dog loved the walks . Shopping in Bath we used the park and ride just up the road. This was free as we had bus passes. We will probably return for the Xmas markets. Will...

「15世紀(1480年）の羊毛職人の家をホテルにしたというホテル。ホテル内部にもアンティークが使われていたり、宿泊者が自由に使えるロビースペースも、お部屋も素敵な趣があり、歴史を感じました。　　部屋も清潔に保たれており、快適でした。　　夕飯もホテルの１階のレストランを利用しましたが、お料理はどれも美味しく、素敵なインテリアにキャンドルが灯っていたりとても雰囲気がありました。　朝食も１人12ポンドで、レストランスペースで頂きました。　　ホテルのスタッフもみなとても親切で、駅に戻るタクシーを呼んでもらった際もタクシーが来るまで宿泊者しか入れない２階のロビースペースで待っていいよ！と言ってくださいました。　お庭の先は小川が流れている為、庭にカモの家族が歩いていたり、ほっこりしました。　ゆったりとした時間を過ごすのにオススメなホテルです。」

「 We booked for a weekday night and enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and made everything clear from the moment we arrived. Upon entering our room, we were instantly impressed by the clean, spacious, and beautifully presented accommodation. 「そんなに広くないシンプルなお部屋でしたが、清潔感や温もりがあり、落ち着けるお部屋でした。階段での移動でしたが、スタッフの方が荷物を運んで下さったり、部屋にはお水やクッキーが添えてあり、心遣いを感じました。朝食はG階のレストランでいただきました。トーストだけじゃなく、クロワッサン等や果物（みかんがあった！）もあり、満足感ある内容でした。狭いシャワールームだけの浴室は、日本人には物足りないかも？」
