「Left email to go to room as pub not open till 6 - fantastic, no mither. Room cosy with a view. In fridge and cupboard had snacks and breakfast items, brilliant. Went down for meal, had lamb chops, phenomenal. Loads of parking, WiFi a bit hit and miss. So quiet 11/10」

「My only grumble is breakfast dose not start until 8 this is to late. This is becoming a bit of a thing since Covid not just this Hotel. Charge for breakfast in the room price and then it starts when you have to be at work. Have a separate charge that can be added on arrival. 」

「Lovely pub with comfortable room. Friendly staff and nice beer. I was greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to my room. Tea/coffee making facilities were present and fresh milk available on request in the bar. I only had breakfast once but it was tasty and well presented. 」

「便利なロケーションです 部屋も広く3人で快適に過ごせました ただ、レートチェックイン(といっても6時半)のため部屋番号、鍵の置き場所は全て当日の四時頃の連絡となり、電話が自信がなくメールで受け取ることにしていたのですが、freeWifi頼りの私たちはヒースロー空港 ブリストル駅など異動先でスポットを見つけて確認しなければならずちょっと不安でした また建物の入り口を暗い中探すのに時間がかかり何度も人に聞く必要がありました 土地勘がない方は詳しい地図などちょっと準備することを勧めます あとボイラーのトラブルがあり、時々お湯が止まりました。電話しましたが滞在中は改善せず何度かボタンをリセットして凌ぎました」

「The place was spotless and had little touches to help make the stay comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the apartments, but customer service was quick to deal with it and we really appreciated that. Overall a nice stay with great location, car parking is quite limited though.」
