"Very handy to have the NCP car park attached to the hotel. The welcome on reception on the ground floor was very warm - Anne was lovely and is a credit to you! "I was disappointed that, although there seemed to be very few guests staying, we didn't have a sea view. Instead we had a view of the back of the driving range. Although the room was overall very clean, the dark carpet had obvious bleach spills and stains all over, and new carpets were definitely needed. One of our bath towels had obviously been used to wipe the floor. "
