Very kind and helpful receptionist kindly went out of their way to look after us whilst I was on crutches with a sprained ankle - got permission so we could park outside to avoid a tiring trek to the main hotel's car park. Great breakfast selection. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. We will return when back in the area.

Perfect, comfortable stay in central Bristol. Spacious, clean rooms with huge shower and beds and well-functioning A/C (essential in a heatwave!). The hotel is a short walk from Cabot Circus, King Street etc. making it perfect for a girls night out, with discounted off road parking available too. Didn’t have food at the hotel during our stay so cannot comment on that, but we got a free glass of Prosecco each which was divine! One of the towels was quite frayed and had holes and a few more room amenities would’ve been nice but other than that, perfect and great value for money!

This Hotel was clean and well maintained throughout my stay, with tidy rooms and spotless bathroom facilities. The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room cool and comfortable, especially during warmer weather. The room was spacious enough to move around comfortably, with plenty of space for luggage and personal belongings. Overall, it provided a comfortable and relaxing stay with all the essential amenities.

I had a great stay at the Leonardo Hotel. The staff were excellent, with special thanks to the manager, Andrea, whose outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. The only area for improvement was the food, which wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Fortunately, there are plenty of great restaurants and pubs nearby. Overall, I would happily stay here again.
