「Great location for the scenic view Breakfast wasn’t the best. Waited a long time to be served, hash browns were refried and inedible, curtain torn in bedroom. The gym is fantastic 」

「We had a pleasant stay-the room was clean and spacious, swimming pool, sauna and a restaurant were great too. Very friendly to families, highly recommend. 」

「The room we were staying, the decor was tired - not worthy of a 4 star hotel unfortunately. Upon arrival, wardrobe door was hanging off hinges, the wifi receiver box was hanging of the wall - room was also very dark. Pointed out wardrobe door to concierge and they had it fixed the next day, but should have been done before guest arrival - tables in hallway tired and peeling off. The staff was friendly though, especially in the breakfast room. Breakfast had a good choice.」

「Deluxe room excellent size and comfy bed . Bathroom did not have enough shower gel in bottle Staff lovely but out of depth with service at breakfast. Spa , only sauna and steam room in full working order . Pool and hot tub very good . Breakfast is abysmal . One coffee machine to serve all , items missing or ran out . This hotel has the bones to be really good but money needs spending and front of house staff who can support the younger staff . 」
