Quite a quirky place. Easy to get lost first time, as not a standard layout of hotel. Don't be shy to ask staff to show you the way. Some places had no lift access. Room was clean, but the carpet needed a wash. Breakfast was okay.

Parking service and staff excellent. Breakfast lukewarm and cooled rapidly - disappointing. Otherwise an excellent location within easy walk of central Norwich

Parking on site was good and one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The noise from the outside road though facing the street was more than expected due to late night revellers. The food at the restaurant was okay, although I thought was expensive for what it was I only got 2 small pieces of lamb for £29. The quality and taste was okay though, but there are other places to go and eat which are nicer and better value. Location of the hotel was very good though in terms of being able to walk around the city.

Central position and parking makes it ideal for a city visit. Not your beige hotel option, beautiful building and opposite the cathedral.

Lovely suite ‘Filby’ (up spiral staircase so only if you are fully mobile) plenty of room with roll top bath. Took advantage of free classic car tour of Norwich city centre (ask and book at reception). Nice breakfast room - staff friendly but a little distracted !

Professional and friendly staff. Rooms had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Location was good with major attractions very close. Although we liked the hotel, we felt it somehow lacked atmosphere: there was nothing really to invite you to linger in the communal rooms or to entice you towards the bar and restaurant (music playing, welcome drink, etc).

ノリッジでの宿泊は２回目。１度泊まって、次も絶対にここにしようも決めていました。私にとっては高額な料金ですが、見合う価値があります。朝ごはんがおいしすぎて食べすぎないようにするのが大変。

We have a wonderful stay and we couldn't fault anything. Would recommend to anyone. We had the surlington junior suite and it was a very high standard, loved the bathroom with roll top bath. Staff very helpful and breakfast was lovely.

A super hotel next to the cathedral with onsite parking. We were uped to to Junior suite with four poster bed, which was enormous. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Dinner from the Rosette menu was excellent and the breakfast super as well. Staff were first class all round. An ideal location for exploring Norwich city centre, alas we didn't have time to book a ride in the vintage Bentley or borrow one of the bikes, but will return when in Norwich again.

A lovely hotel with character situated in the centre of Norwich, a stones throw from the cathedral, Elm Hill and numerous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. A bonus is electric car chargers in the car park (£10 overnight plus £5 for charging - good value).

Excellent location. Even though the hotel was full on a summer weekend, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The car parking was very good. Very nice complimentary Bentley experience. A great base for a very enjoyable weekend.
