I would recommend this property for a short stay. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is great, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice with high quality toiletries provided. The leisure facilities are very good with a large pool and gym plus a steam room and sauna. Many of the people using the facilities were not staying in the hotel and it was quite busy at times. There is a nice family friendly bar, which serves food, and there is a small restaurant. Food was excellent quality and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was also good quality and value.

Lovely rooms big and spacious. Big comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and spa facilities were great . Made it a lovely relaxing time. Not far from warwick shopping. If i had to be critical it was that i didnt think they had a nice comfy area for a drink in the evening . Needed somewhere were we could relax and have a drink . Apart from that was great

Great property ! Good staff Nice facilities Parking a doddle Car wash on site too ! Will be going again soon Only one thing missing is comfortable chairs to sit in around the hotel - everywhere is designed to be food seating and not really relaxing and just somewhere to sit

We booked for two nights but only stayed for one... Check in was fine, staff where helpful and courteous, but thats where it stops. The facility was more a kin to local sports centre, there was no spa facility although its still on the website and was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel infact its still on the welcome information on the in room TV. The food was decidedly average, couches within the lounge area had threadbare arms. When we checked out, staff didn't ask why we were leaving after only one night although we'd paid for two (paid in advance) gave me the impression people leaving might have been a regular occurence.

Food was poor. Asked before arriving for an iron and not in room. Asked again and advised would be provided. Still not in room. Called and advised none left. No attempt to contact us. Over for a show and needed an iron - which is fairly basic. Disappointed overall.
