Lovely hotel in the heard of Windsor overlooking both the river and castle. Themed decor for the winter season, cosy rooms with lovely beds and shower. Breakfast in the mornings was also lovely and very scenic. Highly recommended place to stay when visiting a beautiful part of England.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room had a fantastic bed and pillows, and the shower was easy to use. The only negarive is the stairs, but staff helped with my luggage. Wonderful morning breakfast!

The hotel is in great spot to walk around Windsor (including Windsor Castle). The olde English charm of the hotel is especially nice. Staff are friendly & very accommodating.
