A beautiful hotel. Perfect for a relaxing stay and the breakfast is delicious with a good range of food. Easy bus trips into the town centre with the bus stop right outside. Would come again.

Great stay!

Beautiful place in a lovely setting outside of central Bath. The place is so well kept. Obviously not a new building but everything looks new. Quiet and comfortable. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hospitality extended by the staff was as friendly as it was professional and absolutely deserves a special mentioning. We did not have a chance to dine at the hotel but the breakfast was wonderful. We will certainly be back when we return to Bath next.

Lovely stay, greeted at reception with a great check in lots of information for us was offered by the very friendly reception staff. Room was accommodated in the modern block but not dissappointed as very light and roomy. Great coffee machine with fresh milk in the fridge along with water. Nice bathroom

All good except TV

Mostly the stay was extremely nice. The TV channels had a lot of interference and so we gave up. Breakfast was lovely and our welcome at reception was warm and friendly.

Friendly and welcoming staff, good restaurant and excellent wine list, comfy bed and good room in the Main House. Let down a bit by breakfast in the newer section as it's much more crowded and less exclusive compared to the rest of Your stay in the Main House so felt like a more luxury evening experience and budget morning.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. It was the best four star hotel that we have ever used in Europe. Ilie, Debra, Melina and Lee went out of their way to provide exceptional service. The hotel itself, and the grounds were amazing.

The hotel was excellent The bedroom were extremely comfortable The staff were friendly and very helpful The facility were excellent The only thing I was little bit disappointed with was that someone staying longer than a couple days you had the same menu every night I not saying the food was not excellent but I would like a bit more choice otherwise everything was excellent

Really welcoming arrival. Comfortable, clean and well maintained room. Arrived under the cover of darkness but the grounds would appear to be splendid. Great location too, easy to get in and out of the city centre. We would definitely stay again, preferably for longer and, depending on the quality of the breakfast, recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and return because we like the place. The staff are friendly and the facilities are good, and the free parking is a bonus. We have noticed they have cut back in some areas with less choice of menu and shorter breakfast times which is a little disappointing. We are unhappy that a service charge is added to everything, while not begrudging paying for good service, we would like to make this choice ourselves!
