"The hotel was in a very great location. It was a very walkable location. A lot of attractions nearby. Covent Garden is right up the street a lot of food choices, and shops. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly."

"The hotel is very central for a few days in London. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. We had stayed here last year and even though there had been renovations we felt we got a better room with amenities last year. This year room was smaller, hardly any natural light (not good for somebody with dodgy eyesight) and was very disappointed that the rooms were no longer equipped with a fridge. Also for the size of the hotel we felt more lifts would have been useful. That being said if you are going to be out all day and evening exploring London and just need a room to sleep and shower this could be for you."
