"Location, location, location. In the middle of wherever you want to go in Bristol. Love the riverwalk, castle, old town, churches, parks. Staff super nice."

"I had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. My only feedback would be regarding the pillows, as I didn’t find them comfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay."

"Great location. Needs maintenance- air conditioning was not working properly in two of our rooms. Toilets were quite old and had a smell to them. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty."
