「Really lovely quiet, restful stay for our young family. Spacious room, helpful mini fridge & big bathroom, friendly staff & lovely leisure facilities. Wonderful few days travelling to visit Bristol. Really close to many shops & M5 etc.

「Absolutely gorgeous hotel and I can't believe I got it for the price I did. I stayed alone on business mid week and the facilities were brilliant.
A high standard Spa with a beautiful view out of the windows, decent sized gym (although it opened quite late at 7am, not the best when you have an early start - 6am would be perfect) and I even treated myself to a late evening massage (Emily was great).

Hotel and room clean and well maintained. Parking is not free and the machine was not working so had to pay at reception. Reception was very helpful and informative. I got a drink voucher for forgoing a room cleaning on the second day of my stay.
The food in the restaurant was excellent on the first night but on the second night there were a few minor deficiencies - it was not as well presented and a few minor components were missing...
