「Hospitality is excellent in the Cotswolds area with few tourists and a good place to stay. I am pleased with the nice appearance and rooms. There are no so-called souvenir stores, but the life of the local people is here, which is different from other Cotswold villages.」

「We stayed two nights and love this hotel. The food at the restaurant was really good! イギリスの典型的古いホテルで、そういうのがお好きな方にはぴったりです。部屋のタイプは色々ありそうでしたが狭いツインを選択しました。快適で、テレビもWi-Fiもケトルもありました。バスタブは無かったけどお湯はたっぷり出たし水圧も満足できる強さでした。 ホテルのレストランはパブエリアとダイニングエリアに分かれていて、パブは地元のおじさん達で賑やか、その奥では静かにご飯が食べられました。そして味もとても良かったです。 ホテルの裏にテムズ川が流れていて散歩しながら白鳥を眺めて、素敵な時間を過ごしました。」

「コッツウォルズの村から車で1時間弱で周囲の環境は美しい。部屋はさすがに古いけれども、水周りは古いながら機能的、食事はあまり期待していなかったけど結構イケてました。当日はとても混んでいてレストランは満杯、そのせいか事前に受付に電話しても誰も出ず、朝のチェックアウトも8時以降とせっかちな我々には少々不便でしたが、まあそんなもんでしょう。」

「I stayed at The Bell in Tewkesbury for a couple of nights with my Sister. Check in was easy, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely presented and clean as was the rest of the bar and dining area. Breakfast was included and had a choice of cereal / yogurt / fruit / pastry’s plus a choice of cooked breakfast which was all very nice. Location was excellent for the Abbey, museums, shops, trails and walks with plenty of bars and places to eat. Plenty of things to do...
