「便利なロケーションです 部屋も広く3人で快適に過ごせました ただ、レートチェックイン(といっても6時半)のため部屋番号、鍵の置き場所は全て当日の四時頃の連絡となり、電話が自信がなくメールで受け取ることにしていたのですが、freeWifi頼りの私たちはヒースロー空港 ブリストル駅など異動先でスポットを見つけて確認しなければならずちょっと不安でした また建物の入り口を暗い中探すのに時間がかかり何度も人に聞く必要がありました 土地勘がない方は詳しい地図などちょっと準備することを勧めます あとボイラーのトラブルがあり、時々お湯が止まりました。電話しましたが滞在中は改善せず何度かボタンをリセットして凌ぎました」

「Was able to check in a tad early which was quite handy. Unit was very clean. Building was very quiet. Easy to find and get to. Neighbourhood was quiet. Check out process was also easy. Having access to a washing machine during my stay was very handy although it was a bit challenging to figure out as someone who has never used washing machines in Europe (I should’ve googled before thinking I could easily figure it out lol) but my only potential suggestion there would be a laminated easy guide for...

「Great little apartment, so nice to be in a room with high ceilings and panelling. Well fitted out kitchen, with proper knives for cooking, plenty of pans and a colander. A couple of minor notes, the most relevant has to be the carpet, which was rather filthy tbh. Not particulates, more the staining and general condition. As a retired owner of a deep cleaning business, I would recommend once annually in rooms where food is cooked. Normally every 2 years (with spotting) in std hotel rooms is ok....

「Looks exactly as the online pictures. Very centrally located for restaurants, shops and theatres. If it had aircon would be perfect as it’s quite hot even when not in a heatwave」

「チェックインできなかった。 チェックインには所定の電話番号に連絡する必要があり、公衆電話を探してかけるも英語が聞き取れず他のホテルを取り直した。 こちらにも非があるのでなんとも言えないが、英語が堪能でない人や海外対応の携帯を持たない人には勧めない。」
