I absolutely loved the room! We booked the traditional room, and it was so cute! Exactly like the pics, and the whole process was absolutely smooth. The check in was great! It was so easy and simple, nothing complicated. I loved the area it was situated in, literally few minutes walk from the main streets! And so safe :) I would definitely book them again!

The room is a bit too small and the water can flow everywhere in the shower room, so there are a lot of rooms for improvement. Having said that, in general it is clean and pleasant.

The room was fine and the bed comfortable. However, the sound insulation was not great and I could hear anyone talking in the flat opposite and walking through the corridors. Because the property is likely to be rented by groups the chances of people booking to go on stag/hen dos is high - so don’t bank on a quiet stay. There’s no lift and I think the rooms are overpriced

There's good and bad here. First, the good: the customer service via WhatsApp was very fast to address issues with the rooms although mostly because it seemed like they had a lot of vacancy anyway. The less good: 1. They're called apartment but only some of the rooms are studios. Most are hotel rooms, but where near apartments. I fact some are so small it's barely even a hotel room. The first room I was supposed to be in, the desk/table was so small that you couldn't fit a chair in under it to work (as the mini fridge took the reste of the space). 2. The check-in process is sketchy. They ask for all of your sensitive info, including selfie and ID documents, and payment card, on a random unknown platform, very phishing-ready. 3. I received the code for 2 separate rooms with no explanations, turns out the room I was supposed to have needed maintenance, but I had t contact customer service to understand what i was supposed to do. 4. The second room had no chairs for the desk, and I had booked this accommodation specifically so I could work while at the hotel... 5. The chair-less room had sewer back up issues so I was transfered to yet another room in the basement. 6. The basement room was a studio, nice, right? We'll, until at early morning hours there's a ton of noise from above preventing you to sleep. Not unexpected for basement I guess.. Overall, I wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night, too many issues. But the customer service was helpful

City centre apartment building

Excellent location for Bristol centre and harbourside. Lots of boutique little shops/coffee bars/restaurants nearby. Great communication by premises regarding parking etc the apartment was super clean. Microwave, kettle, in the little kitchenette zone and quite a spacious sleeping/living room. All was great. One thing of concern was the electric shower which went from cold to extremely hot and then cold again quite quickly. I wouldn’t want to leave a child or vulnerable adult in it as it could really scald someone. The drain smelled quite badly too. But apart from those issues it was a great place to stay.

The apartment was a nice size, however the cleaner has done an awful job; big old cobwebs on multiple parts of the ceiling, no soap and conditioner in the bathroom, small dark stains on the bedding. Our main issue was that we were rudely disturbed and overheard the cleaner complaining that we were still in our room, all whilst we were well within our time prior to checking out. The lady was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable and left a very sour stain on our stay. The room was a decent size and otherwise acceptable.

Eclectic, unusual apartment which added to its charm. If you don’t know Bristol, it’s at the top of a hill with a lovely park to walk down to the quay and SS Great Britain and good eating places.

Check-in was difficult, as there is no reception and they are supposed to send you a PIN before you arrive. Mine only went through once I called them. Luckily some other guests let me into the building, otherwise I would've had to wait outside in the cold. The room was fine, a bit expensive for what it is but okay to stay a few nights. The bathroom was cold.

Great stay!

The room was lovely - really well equipped and clean. The bed was super comfy and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful - both those that cleaned the room and those that helped with our booking arrangements. We will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Nice apartment but not if you need WiFi

It is a great apartment. Only two complaints, albeit small, was the poor WiFi which not only meant you could not use your mobile, but it meant you could not use the TV.
