"The communication was a bit wonky. Didn't get the check-in instructions email. If it was sent outside of hotels.com it may have ended up in junk or spam since the email. We never did track down the email, but were able to reach our host via phone who then texted us instructions. "Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient, a short walk from the centre and everything you need. It was a bit hot in the room, but a fan was provided. I would highly recommend and stay again "

"Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return."

Well furnished and comfortable. It was nice having a smart TV with subscriptions to a couple of streaming services. The hosts were accommodating and provided some refreshments."

"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

"Great location, beautiful rooms, lots of space. It was an easy walk to the city centre. Groceries are a five minute walk away. The kitchen had everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, etc.). The host was very good at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. "We loved watching the activity on the lawn in front of the Royal Crescent. Highly entertaining! The king size mattress was nice and firm, and the sheets smooth and crisp.
