「Pros: - location is close and central to everything. This was the best benefit. - clean - comfy bed - stocked kitchen - efficient self-check-in and quick communication - good WiFi - nice shower - convenience store downstairs - great for tourists Cons: - very basic and lacking furniture. No dresser or anywhere to lay out personal items. Live-out-of-your-suitcase place. Some shelving/dressers would help and there is space for them. - same with the bathroom- barely any space to put toiletries....

「Very central apartment and nice inside but not really big enough for 4 people. No storage space for clothes etc and sofa could not accommodate four people. Very limited cooking equipment (only one frying pan - no other pots for cooking). Pictures on booking site misleading- main picture is of hot tub and roof terrace leading me to believe it was shared between guests but in fact was only for guests in penthouse suite. Very noisy during the night with bin collections and glass/bottle...

「For older folks traveling from other places carrying heavy luggage, not being able to hold luggage in the room upon early arrival is a pain. Also, if not from Europe cells phones and internet don't work well so not being able to contact proprietors can be a problem. If you are able to contact them there's always an excuse as to why the response was late. A younger person would likely appreciate the flat more. Having said all that, the flat was centrally located to the action, was well stocked...
