"We stayed at this hotel last year and loved it. But after the refurb, it’s even better. Also, it was my partner’s 50th birthday and they gave us a complementary bottle of Prosecco and 3 delicious little petit fours. "

"Room was excellent. Clean, well-maintained and good quality toiletries plus excellent tea and coffee making facilities. Unable to check-in early which we had hoped to do but certainly able to check-in on time. Pool was lovely but unfortunately steam-room was out of order. Very nearby was the Thermae Bath Spa which was fabulous and not to be missed if adult weekend away in Bath (kids not allowed)."
