"The room was a little dated, but very comfortable and lots of space, aircon was lovely in the warm weather and mini fridge was handy. Spa was nice, although pool was very busy not great for lane swimming. Variety of saunas and steam rooms was good and the outdoor area was really nice although busy. Only had a quick lunch, service was fairly slow having to find staff a few times before we were given menus or had orde taken. Sandwiches were very good, although expensive for what they were, we chose to go I to bath for meals during the rest of our stay. Overall a really nice hotel, the people on the desk were very helpful and friendly, helped us out a few times when in need."

"Booked through Hotels.com. Sadly the room advertised wasn’t the room we felt we got. Booked executive got deluxe. Room was nice. But very high windows which unless you were 6ft you couldn’t see out. Room was well decorated. Bed was very comfy. Nice temperature in room. Bathroom was nice. Room was a little dark near desk for getting ready, Breakfast room looked very nice. Well laid out buffet. Breakfast looked lovely but a little cold. Coffee was great. Would like to stay again. Hopefully it would turn out a little better. Didn’t use the pool facilities."
