"Such a perfect way to spend our day in Bath!! Amazing staff and incredible atmosphere "

"The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the staff came back at a time requested for our room to be serviced. The evening meal was lovely and the cocktails made by the barman were excellent. We had 2 pets with us and the room had 2 pet beds set up in our room on arrival which was lovely. "

"The hotel is beautiful. The service is delightful. The staff is great. Shout out to Chris the bartender. And it’s the only hotel in Bath with its own spa with waters from the local hot springs. I highly recommend it. "

"Loved the stay, however, I booked and paid with hotels.com, the hotel asked for payment as it hadn’t registered their end. Embarrassing for me. Not great!!"

"It was a lovely stay, with very friendly staff. Situated a couple streets away from the Abbey, you can walk out of the hotel and down picturesque streets immediately. They even allowed us to keep our baggage in the property after check out so that we could explore the city one last time before leaving. Very thoughtful and lovely property. I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a couple nights in Bath."
