The location is great for walking to the sights, but there is NO onsite parking, which is very inconvenient. Our room was also in the basement with window well windows…it should have been used for storage, not guests.

Absolutely great location, walkable to all the downtown areas. Close to all the restaurants and sites, and still pretty quiet considering it’s next to the main area. The lounge area was very lovely!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and well equipped. It was the perfect hotel with great food, close to everything while being peaceful at the same time. I am super picky and our room was gorgeous and spacious. I loved that it was within walking distance to the whole city and close to the train station, Parade Park, the Abbey, Roman Bath, and Pump Room/Assembly Hall. The air conditioning was wonderful too during this rare heat wave. We will be back!
