「Apartment was clean and exactly as stated in the advertisement! Only issue we encountered was the front door being locked and on latch at 2am… However the property manager responded within 10 minutes even at 2am in the morning. Excellent service!」

「There is a distinct lack of maintenance at the property with discoloured grout in the showers and plinths that have come away from the shower tray bases, for example. Taps are functional but very old and the whole place is a real patchworks of jobs attended to over time. One of the toilets still had a stickered b&q label on it where the owner couldn’t be bothered to remove it after installation. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again.
