「駅から近く、値段が安かったため、部屋の古さなどは少し気になりましたが、可愛らしいホテルで全体的に十分に満足のいく滞在でした 一つ言うならばホテルにエレベーターがなく、子供を連れて荷物を運ぶのが大変でした」

「Easy check in and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The room had pretty much anything you could wish for in it. Very well equipped room, lovely linen and a super comfy bed with different firmness of pillows. Nespresso machine, mini fridge, DAB radio, large TV, Dyson fan, Iron, Hairdrier, all great! Checkout was easy the next day. Just a shame we couldn’t have stayed for longer and made better use of everything. Many thanks! 」

「I booked with quite late notice and arrived before the typical check-in time. The welcome was warm and nothing seemed to much trouble from the start. The rooms have been sensitively decorated with little touches that link the interiors with the train station across the road, which was nice. The room was perfectly comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was made with real care and attention. I stay away in a lot of soulless hotels but Harpers isn’t one of them. The team are wonderfully...

「3人での宿泊でしたので、もとパン焼き工房だった建物を改装したメゾネットタイプの部屋でした。ジェーン・オースティンゆかりの説明や絵が多く飾ってある大変素敵な部屋でした。部屋以上にパブとレストランにも昔の絵や写真の他に天井にはカップなどが吊り下げられており、とても雰囲気のある宿でした。是非また泊まりたいです。ちなみにすべての部屋はパブの２階ではなく、通りをはさんだ向かい側の建物にあります。」
