"The frosted glass wall shielding the bathroom should be more opaque as one can easily she the silhouette of whomever is in there. It wouldn’t need to be the whole glass wall just knee to head. A toilet brush should be provided. A few paper cups should be provided."

The Grand at Trafalgar Square

10/10 Excellent
"From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the hotel’s classy and modern atmosphere. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore on foot or get around by public transportation. We stayed here on two separate occasions during our trip, and the staff were extremely helpful and made both stays enjoyable. The hotel also has great amenities. The laundry facilities were especially useful for us, and we appreciated having a comfortable lounge to relax in and a gym. Special thanks to Ayush, Jake, and the entire team for making our stays so comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!"

"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms for London! Excellent location, steps away from the tube and many bus routes. Front desk staff are very friendly and breakfast at the sister hotel is fantastic. Beware there is a mezzanine floor with half windows; though they let in plenty of light. There is only one elevator working and it can take a while to get as it seems to only go all the way up and all the way down. It can also get quite noisy in Leicester Square, but that’s the price for an excellent location. Would stay again!"
