From Check in to check out, everything was perfect! They even surprised us with a delightful desert to our room for our upcoming vow renewal. One downside is that we got a queen bed instead of a king that we paid for, but we didn't spend enough time in the room to even matter that much.

The air conditioning was not working at all. It was 75° in my room. I contacted the front desk and they said the entire facility did not have air-conditioning. Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep.
