Bellagio was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel decor was picturesque. The food inside was awesome, we particularly liked breakfast at Sadelle’s and sushi & rolls at Yellowtail. Also, Bellagio Conservatory was so beatiful, we could spend hours there. The hotel left quite an impression on us and we are looking forward to come back there.

This was not just a stay, but an experience. From the beautiful architecture and garden, the well equipped gym, amazing food (especially the Patisserie), peaceful atmosphere in the midst of an abundance of people, and every staff member was kind, considerate, helpful. I felt like every person on staff was actually related and has ownership in the hotel. This was the perfect location for our Real Estate conference as it fostered learning, camaraderie, and a place to recharge. Absolutely wonderful.

The Bellaggio was everything we expected from a Las Vegas Hotel—and more. It truly was an experience upon arrival…their atrium had a spring display of flowers…not just in vases but an entire atrium filled with displays and beautifully done. Impressive. Customer service from check-in, consierge service, dining—and a bit of gambling…was top notch! The best thing is that every bit was managed by a customer care human…not a computer, not a robot, not self check-in. Five stars and I’d say again!

Nice room and good location. No coffee in the room is a real drag—for the price of a room it seems quite chintzy. The gym was under construction and the make shift substitute workout space was tiny and insufficient for the number of guests that stay at this very large hotel. The line at check-in was so slow and VERY understaffed plus the online option didn’t work for everyone in our party and was overly complicated. We noticed huge lineups at the front desk every day at every hour we passed through the lobby.

Upon check in we were placed in a room in which the tower had ongoing construction; therefore, I had to call guest services to get relocated. The person on the phone was very accommodating, but when I got to the front desk the representative didn't belive me, questioned me as if i was making it up, and called guest services herself to confirm. With guest services in the phone, she eventually relocated us to a different tower and the room was clean and very roomy. No issues with the property. Gave it 3 stars due to the initial check in process as well as after check out experience. My husband forgot his suit jacket in the room closet. We discovered it the same day we checked out (4.5 hours later). I immediately called to file lost and found report and submitted a picture. The representative on the phone could not give me any information other than refer me to lost and found website. After the report was filed i recieved a notice 2 days later saying they didn't find anything. Unfortunately we didn't get it back, even though i was willing to pay for shipment. We know it was there, it's a shame they didn't make an effort to locate the jacket for us.
