"Fantastic location for a short visit. Walk to all the main tourist spots. Right off Trafalgar Square but on a nice leafy street with double glazing so we slept well. Staff are lovely. Room decor was a bit dated but bathroom has been modernised and the bed was very comfy. Room was huge. Very hard to find that in London. Good value for the area. Would stay again "
"Excellent position for the theatres and very clean and modern. My fault for not looking into it better but no where to put your luggage and no tea and coffee facilities, this is stated on it but i didnt realise. There was also alot of noise possibly from a night till really very late which qas very annoying. But it was clean and the staff were fabulous. "
"The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Soho and just a short distance from everything. It made getting around incredibly convenient. However, the room I stayed in had no windows, which could be uncomfortable for those who are claustrophobic. I’m not sure why I was given this room, especially since the rate was on the higher end. Additionally, I’ve noticed a recurring issue when booking through Expedia: I often end up with rooms that lack basic amenities or natural light. This time, the room felt a bit underwhelming for the price, given the lack of windows and other amenities. On a positive note, the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early, which was much appreciated."
"The rooms here are quite small but very well appointed and extremely clean. Ideal for a short stay. Space is very limited but the price is very good for this central location in London. Transport links, restaurants and attractions are a stones throw away."
"great place to stay at a very affordable price. Central location. Room is very small, and no windows. But it have great a heat pump that you can control the air conditioning and heat. Very clean. soft comfortable bed and high end towels, and linen. Shower and toilet in room. Breakfast is not included, but in the room, there is a kettle and coffee and tea that you can prepare yourself. Lobby have a water dispenser and cucumber glass water dispenser. Newspaper are available free of charge daily. Excellent."
